It's been almost two weeks since I started my little experiment. And clearly I've gained .5 pounds. It's disappointing l'm frustrated, not gonna lie. That said, I think it's doing something. Not a whole lot, but there's some small changes that have nothing to do with my weight. I'm definitely going to be upping my game here. 7 weeks until the wedding! 💍 And I have no intention of stopping now! Watch my blog for a post this Sunday about the changes I'll be making!

I was cleaning my room this morning and I found these. Tucked away in a drawer. Forgotten about but instantly reminding me of who I used to be -- the girl who snuck sugar at night, hoping her parents didn't notice. The girl who happily took second and third helpings because her stomach told her it was normal. And the girl who always, always had some form of sweets in her room for late night snacking.

A couple days ago I discovered that I have systemic candida 😐 Good news is that I know what to do about it. Bad news is that I don't have the capacity here at school to do it. BUT that doesn't mean I can't do anything at all. These are the tools I'm using to ease the candida. I take Oregano and Clove internally to get rid of my oral thrush (gone as of yesterday, yay!) And the GX Assist is a supplement to fight against parasites. Taking these makes the weight loss easier too so win-win 👌
