None of us are immune to stress. Often, I don’t even notice I’m stressed until the thing stressing me out has finished, the stress leaves, and my mind goes, “wow, that was really bad”. It’s a horrible habit and I don’t recommend it. Do as I say, not as I do, okay? But anyway, when I started using essential oils and developing a routine with them, my awareness of my emotional wellbeing grew. Now I am a normal human who can identify when I need my oil support. I have a few individual oils I use when I’m out and about need but one of the best ways to use emotional support oils is aromatically (if you don’t know what I mean, click here to read my post about how the three ways to use essential oils).
So, when I need some emotional support, I pop the top off my diffuser and add one of these blends.
