A couple days ago I discovered that I have systemic candida 😐 Good news is that I know what to do about it. Bad news is that I don't have the capacity here at school to do it. BUT that doesn't mean I can't do anything at all. These are the tools I'm using to ease the candida. I take Oregano and Clove internally to get rid of my oral thrush (gone as of yesterday, yay!) I usually enjoy working out. Not today. Today, I am irrationally angry at everything, I've been up for almost 18 hours, and this workout will not be my best work. But I'm okay with that. Because I'm showing up for myself. I'm choosing to care more about my future goals and health instead of my current "pizza and scowls" mood. #showupeverydayandhustle

Alright here goes 😅 this is me pressing the "Enter" button on this next phase of my weight loss journey. Full disclosure: I kinda starve myself. Not on purpose but in the sense of getting enough nutrients. I don't. And I realized that because of that, my body doesn't think it'll be fed the things it needs. I eat -- I just don't eat the right things. So, of course, it's convinced it needs this excess fat and it doesn't want to let it go 🙄 So, I am conducting an experiment! For the next two weeks, I'm focusing all my attention on getting all my nutrients and calories. I want to know what happens when my body realizes it's getting everything it needs.
